For the first time ever, Russia is opening one of its most guarded institutions to an international film crew: its prison system. Our cameras take you inside a 200-year-old Russian prison and to another that is home to more than 700 of Russia's most dangerous killers combined, they have killed over 3,500 people. In infamous Vladimir Central, a convict opens up about killing his brother-in-law for disturbing his daughter's peaceful night's sleep. Inside Siberian Prison Camp 17, two friends are about to go their separate ways.
Looks like the Russians know how to treat killers without hanging them. The dogs would be quite intimidating, and no doubt efficient if need be. I wonder if they would handle some of ours for a fee. They would probably do it for less than we spend on them.
