Looks like California tops the list in about every catagory. Also appears there will be major cuts to immigration enforcement, also in California as well as Texas.
Interesting to see where Kansas sits in money given to the states.

The Senate has rejected a Republican leadership bill giving President Barack Obama broad discretion to implement $85.3 billion in spending cuts over the remainder of this fiscal year. The proposal failed 38 to 62.
The defeat makes it more likely that the sequester cuts will go into effect March 1 under a more rigid across-the-board approach.
