Reading about how the movie was partially filmed in Severy was very interesting. But when I looked it up on the Internet Movie Database, there was no mention of Severy as a filming location. So I submitted it, and they listed it!! http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0068245/

I thought about doing that, glad that you did and that they accepted it.
Does anyone know anything about a movie made in 2008-09 called "The Sunset Sky" that lists Eureka and Severy as it's filming locations?

Hey, that is just great. Good going on that effort to include Severy. The web site also mentions Wichita for filming. It has been a long time since I have seen that movie, but I would be hard pressed to determine if any of the scenes were filmed in Wichita--maybe the old town tourist attraction, if that.

I dont recall seeing it even on the Western Channel. Amazon did not have an offering in DVD.
I've never heard of it. Here's a link to the "official" website: http://www.thesunsetsky.com/flash/default.html It's an independent production that probably never got wide distribution.

Here's another website about the film. http://www.thesunsetsky.com/tsshtml/default.aspx Not to be confused with the Bruce Willis film called Sunset, this film is not a western. It's an ultra low budget film made for the director's film school thesis.
