Have a long chat with SG County Commissioner Ranzau and then let me know how far off base I am. Or do some good research on the HUD/EPA/USDA partnerships for 'smart growth' or 'sustainable development' programs. Or look at the funding sources for local & regional NGOs involved in 'saving the Flint Hills'. Or go study the UN implementing documents and Obama executive orders for yourself. Don't forget, Agenda 21 initiatives were of enough concern that the Kansas legislature has taken a stand on the matter. What's really spooky is that folks like you are so quick to be lulled into a sense of false security, leaning to big government to solve all the challenges of society.

I would think if you truely were Pro Elk County that you would want to insure something such a thing as Agenda 21 were not in Elk County? Or do you just ignore the possibility. Unless you are Pro Agenda 21 as well.
