Was there ever any doubt? U. S. again. I just watched the end of the gold medal game. It was good, but what impressed me the most was the lack of animosity on the court. As hard as those men played, they all seemed to be friends at the end. Pau Gasol, an LA Laker was playing for Spain and after the game all the American men were embracing him like a long lost brother. And then our MEN were so overjoyed that they were jumping up and down like a bunch of school girls. Doesn't matter. They got the gold.
I'm with you. Enjoyable and civilized. I've enjoyed every bit of the Olympics I was able to see. Woo-hoo USA!
