Very informative. Probably should be required viewing in public schools.. as part of the early US History & Constitution classes. Wait... what early US History & Constitution classes?

Might also be something elected officials should view and consider before tinkering with 'looks good on paper' zoning, property taxation & economic development planning & programs. And by well meaning educators before they set foot in a classroom.
