Obituary
Bertha "Juanita" Leonard, of Leawood, Kansas, 89, passed away at her home on October 28, 2011. Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at Mt. Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, followed by funeral services beginning at 11:00 a.m. Juanita was born May 29th, 1922 in Moline, Kansas, daughter of Charles Edward and Ida Ardella Mead. She was a long time member of Ward Parkway Presbyterian Church, and of PEO. She enjoyed the Kansas City Chiefs, sewing and gardening. Juanita was preceded in death by her husband Paul Joseph Leonard. She leaves behind her children, Paul Joseph Leonard Jr. of Leawood, Kansas, daughter, Patricia Rinehart, and her husband, Michael Rinehart of Plano, Texas, and granddaughter, Alyssa Rinehart.
