Title: Cheesy Dill Salad

1/2 pkg. (8 oz) AMERICAN BEAUTY SMALL SHELLS, uncooked
1 cup of mayonaise
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
]1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon lemon jiuce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup of frozen peas, thawed
1  1/2 cups (6 oz) cubed Cheddar Cheese

Cook pasta according to package directions.  Rinse with cold water to cool quickly, drain well.  Meanwhile in large bowl, combine mayonaise, pickles, onion, lemon juice, mustard, pepper sauce, salt and pepper.  Blend in cooled pasta, peas and cheddar.  Toss until evenly coated.  Cover and refrigerate.

I found this recipe on the back of the American Beauty pasta package tonight, and thought how similar it is to the recipe I had posted earlier on Crunchy Pasta Salad.  I guess a person could say this is a variation.  But the recipe does sound promising.
