Fukushima meltdown: 2 underground nuclear explosions at crippled plant on Dec 31

January 4, 2014

As many know, the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster was a catastrophic failure at the Fukushima I Nuclear Power Plant on 11 March 2011. The failure occurred when the plant was hit by a tsunami triggered by the 9.0 magnitude Tōhoku earthquake.

The plant began releasing substantial amounts of radioactive materials beginning on 12 March 2011 becoming the largest nuclear incident since the 1986 Chernobyl disaster.

A recent edict "of Special Importance" issued to all Ministries of the Russian government by the Office of the Russian President says "a series of underground nuclear explosions occurred at Japan's crippled atomic Fukushima Daiichi Atomic plant on 31 Dec 2013." The edict of Special Importance is Russia's highest classification level and refers to information which, if released, would cause damage to the entire Russian Federation.

What about the rest of the world?

The architect of Fukushima Daiichi Reactor 3, Uehara Haruo, warned on Nov 17, 2011, that a "China Syndrome" (aka "hydro-volcanic explosion") was inevitable due to the melted atomic fuel that escaped the container vessel and is now burning through the earth.

"China Syndrome" is a term that describes a fictional worst-case result of a nuclear meltdown, where reactor components melt through their containment structures and into the underlying earth, "all the way to China."

"The China Syndrome is a 1979 American thriller film that tells the story of a television reporter and her cameraman who discover safety cover-ups at a nuclear power plant. The film was released on March 16, 1979, 12 days before the Three Mile Island nuclear accident in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. In one scene, physicist Dr. Elliott Lowell (Donald Hotton) says that the China Syndrome would render "an area the size of Pennsylvania" permanently uninhabitable.""

According to the report, Ministry of Defense (MOD) "assets" associated with the Red Banner Pacific Fleet detected two low-level, underground atomic explosions in the Fukushima disaster zone on Dec 31,
•The first explosion measured 5.1 magnitude in intensity
•The second, a 3.6 magnitude explosion followed moments later

The MOD further reports that evidence that these underground nuclear explosions occurred after mysterious steam plumes were spotted on Dec 19, then again on Dec 24, 25, and 27.

This was confirmed by a report on Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) website, which continues

""the United States appears to have had a more advanced notice of these underground nuclear explosions, as evidenced by their purchase in early December of 14 million doses of potassium iodide, a compound that protects the body from radioactive poisoning in the aftermath of severe nuclear accidents, to be delivered before the beginning of February 2014.""

What aren't we being told about the world we live in? New reports state that dangerous radiation levels have been detected in snows found in Texas, Colorado, and Missouri.

Fukushima: We are not Being Given the Full Story

Posted By Suzanne Hamner on Jan 5, 2014

We are four days into the New Year. For those who celebrated voraciously, hangovers are gone, heads are cleared and all are back into the routine of daily life. One of those routines for many is checking your Facebook page or other social media network. Now, if you are like me, you get what seems to be some pretty incredible posts, links or announcements so you may skim over them while uttering to yourself about the incredible amount of misinformation that mires the information super highway that is the internet.

Actually, I did the same thing to a posting thinking that if it were actually true, major news media outlets would pick it up. What was I thinking? Since that did not happen, I began to do my own research into this seemingly farcical piece. Needless to say, over one dozen windows ended up opened on my internet browser trying to discover where this all originated, is it true and what does it mean.

Here is the story to which I am referring, "Underground Nuclear Explosion At Crippled Japan Atomic Plant Shocks World." Upon looking at the "source" from the bottom, it directs to a page called "What does it mean." You can put it in any search engine and find the page, which then leads you to the same story.
MUST Read:
http://www.eutimes.net/2014/01/underground-nuclear-explosion-at-crippled-japan-atomic-plant-shocks-world/

After doing my own research, I am left with two burning questions – What in the Sam Hill is going on at Fukushima? And, why in the devil are the American public not being informed about recent developments?

Now, follow along with me here for just a moment. We all know that Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) initially lied to the international community about the severity of the accident at the Fukushima-Daichi nuclear plant in March 11, 2011. We now know that reactors 1 and 3 had meltdowns and reactors 1,3, and 4 experienced hydrogen explosions. We also know that Japan has enacted legislation that is intended to protect state secrets which might help in hiding "revelations about government mismanagement that helped trigger the Fukushima nuclear accident" and make leaking information about Fukushima a state offense, carrying a hefty criminal sentence. We are familiar with the stories regarding the 300 tons of water per day entering the Pacific Ocean since the accident. Reports of dying sea creatures along America's Pacific coast have surfaced. A man sailing from Japan across the Pacific reported the ocean seeming dead or lifeless. Recently, it has been reported that our government has ordered millions of doses of Potassium Iodide. Remember the earthquakes around the ring of fire that has produced a new land mass? Yes, that was near Tokyo and a professor was urging attention to be paid then.

The 2011 interview with Michio Kaku, a respected professor and physicist, helps explain the severity. Pay close attention to what he says about America's own Indian Point Nuclear Plant located in New York. A disaster at Indian Point could cost $200 billion. Also, remember from this interview that the federal government underwrites the insurance for all US nuclear plants since no insurance company will insure them; the federal government money comes from taxpayers. Did you catch the part where Obama is supporting the establishment of new nuclear power facilities for the US?

ENEnews, established after the Fukushima disaster to report the latest energy-related developments, reports that from December 19 – 27, 2013, steam was observed coming from the Fukushima Unit 3 reactor building. The same site reports the steam is from constant radioactive releases – coming from hot rubble, not new explosions. Just as recently as January 2, 2014, ENEnews posted that a nuclear expert indicated the Fukushima reactor cores melted into the ground and that radioactive material is getting washed out into the Pacific Ocean. On January 3, 2014, it was reported why the steam coming from Fukushima Unit Reactor 3 was important; "reactor 3 could be showing signs that Corium may be causational to a possible future disaster issue to the mixture of Corium with the radioactive water which would cause a violent reaction."

Now, not being a nuclear physicist or scientist, I cannot attest to the truth of what will or will not happen with regards to this situation as the technical information amounts to speaking to me in a foreign language. What I can say is the information that I have highlighted, except for the initial story that started my search, should be taken as accurate and truthful. Nuclear disasters don't happen and then are miraculously under control and stopped because the news media ceases to cover it. The Fukushima disaster is still active, is still potentially catastrophic and will remain so until it is under control; however, some experts think a disaster of this magnitude will not be able to be controlled.

On December 28, 2013, Turner Radio Network issued an urgent news flash: "Persons residing on the west coast of North America should IMMEDIATELY begin preparing for another possible onslaught of dangerous atmospheric radiation from the Fukushima nuclear disaster site in Japan. The Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) says radioactive steam has suddenly begun emanating from previously exploded nuclear reactor building #3 at the Fukushima disaster site in Japan. TEPCO says they do not know why this is happening and cannot go into the building to see what's happening due to damage and lethal radiation levels in that building. Experts say this could be the beginning of a "spent fuel pool criticality (meltdown)" involving up to 89 TONS of nuclear fuel burning up into the atmosphere and heading to North America."

So, what does all this mean? It means something very serious is occurring at the Fukushima Daichi nuclear plant that suffered a catastrophic nuclear disaster almost 3 years ago and there is virtually no information being presented through main stream media. It means, America, we are on our own when it comes to finding out important information that has the potential to impact our country and our very lives; therefore, we must take the precautions we deem necessary to protect ourselves.

Fukushima: Some Radiation Has Already Reached the West Coast

Some radiation has already arrived on the West Coast by ocean.  For example,  CBC reported earlier this month:
Scientists at the University of Alaska are concerned about radiation leaking from Japan's damaged Fukushima nuclear plant, and the lack of a monitoring plan.

Some radiation has arrived in northern Alaska and along the west coast. That's raised concern over contamination of fish and wildlife.
[...]

John Kelley, a professor emeritus at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, says he's not sure contamination will reach dangerous levels for humans but says without better data, who will know?
"The data they will need is not only past data but current data, and if no one is sampling anything then we won't really know it, will we?

"The general concern was, is the food supply safe? And I don't think anyone can really answer that definitively."

An associate professor and marine chemist at University of Victoria's School of Earth and Ocean Sciencestold CBC on November 20th (8:15):
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans — the Institute of Ocean Science ... program which is a time series program that monitors the chemistry and biology of the North Pacific that's headed up by Maria Robert. They're making measurements of these Fukushima-source radionuclides offshore, and they're starting to detect the presence of the plume of radioactivity.

(Incidentally – because rain is one of the main ways that radiation can spread – seawater which evaporates and then rains on the coast can dump radiation inland for some distance).

Seafood

A former high-level U.S. government nuclear expert – and now one of the main advisors to Tepco regarding Fukushima – says that Fukushima radiation will hit Alaska fish.    Lake Barrett – the former head of the US Department of Energy's  Office of Civilian Nuclear Waste Management, which is responsible for implementing the United States' programs for spent nuclear fuel and high-level radioactive waste, and a high-level official with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission before that –told an MIT audience (36:00):
The environmental release is the growing challenge; you're going to read more and more about it in the paper. Wait until the first cesium-137 shows up in Alaska salmon, which is only a matter of time. You're going to find it right back in the headlines.

Bluefin tuna on the California shore have already tested positive for radiation from Fukushima, and there are reports of highly radioactive fish in Canada.

How Can We Protect Ourselves from Radiation?

The government isn't adequately testing radiation levels in the ocean, seafood or air.

So it is vital that we contact our government representatives and demand that they thoroughly test for radiation ... and publicly release the information.

In addition, there are easy, inexpensive and healthy steps we can take right now to help protect ourselves against radiation.

Here's how:

Prussian Blue:
http://www.bt.cdc.gov/radiation/prussianblue.asp

Prussian Blue is drug prescription:
http://www.fda.gov/Drugs/EmergencyPreparedness/BioterrorismandDrugPreparedness/ucm130337.htm

1. What has the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) determined about Prussian blue?

The FDA has determined that the 500 mg Prussian blue capsules, when manufactured under the conditions of an approved New Drug Application (NDA), can be found safe and effective for the treatment of known or suspected internal contamination with radioactive cesium, radioactive thallium, or non-radioactive thallium. This decision is based on a careful review of published literature articles containing reports, data, and experiences of people who were exposed to high levels of thallium or cesium-137 and were treated effectively with Prussian blue.

2. Are there any approved Prussian blue drug products available in the U.S.?

Yes. The first approval of Prussian blue, known as Radiogardase, was October 2, 2003. Radiogardase is manufactured by HEYL Chemisch-pharmazeutische Fabrik GmbH & Co. KG.

3. What is Prussian blue?

Prussian blue has been used as a pigment in industry and for artists since 1704. Prussian blue has been used as a treatment to speed up the excretion of radioactive cesium or non-radioactive thallium, from the body according to studies reported in the literature.

4. Since Prussian blue has been around for so many years why did FDA make this determination?

FDA wants doctors to know that Prussian blue can be used to treat contamination that may occur as a result of a routine accidental poisoning, as well as contamination associated with a terrorist event. In an effort to ensure that Prussian blue consistently meets high standards of quality, and that proper instructions for use are available with the product, FDA continues to encourage industry to file marketing applications.

The FDA has encouraged manufacturers to submit applications for Prussian blue as part of our efforts to encourage the development of drug products for treatment of people exposed to harmful levels of radioactive materials and poisons and for counter-terrorism agents.

5. Why is FDA saying Prussian blue can be indicated just for treatment of patients contaminated with radioactive cesium and radioactive or non-radioactive thallium only?

We are unaware of any clinical data demonstrating the effectiveness of Prussian blue for treating patients contaminated with any other elements.

When the nature of the radioactive contamination is not known, Prussian blue may be given together with other drugs, such as potassium iodide, calcium or zinc DTPA, or sodium alginate, with known effectiveness in treating contamination from other radioactive substances.

6. What is cesium?

Cesium is a natural metal element. Cesium-137, a radioactive form of cesium, was discovered in 1941. Cesium-137 is still widely used today by industry and the medical community. It is used in a variety of devices, and is used as a source of radiation to treat certain cancers. Cesium-137 has the potential to be included as a part of a "dirty bomb."

It is cesium-137 that still contaminates much of the land in Ukraine around the Chernobyl reactor.

Cesium-137 mixes easily with water and is chemically similar to potassium. It thus mimics how potassium gets metabolized in the body and can enter through many foods, including milk.

The Environmental Protection Agency says that ... once dispersed in the environment ... cesium-137 "is impossible to avoid."

Cesium-137 is light enough to be carried by the wind a substantial distance. And it is being carried by ocean currents towards the West Coast of North America.

Cesium-137 effects the "Whole Human Body."

7. What is thallium?

Thallium is a natural element found in many minerals. Thallium is very toxic and different thallium compounds have a variety of uses—from rat and ant poison to the manufacture of optical glass and other industrial uses. The radioactive form of thallium (thallium-201) is approved as a radio-imaging drug used in small doses for medical procedures. This use of thallium in low doses is very safe.

Exposure to a high dose of thallium generally results in severe stomach symptoms, followed by brain symptoms, and sometimes death. However, the radioactive form of thallium (thallium-201) that is used for medical purposes is used in such small amounts that exposure to high doses is unlikely.

8. What is a "dirty bomb"?

A "dirty bomb" is a conventional, not a nuclear, bomb. It does not have the destructive power of a nuclear bomb and does not involve a nuclear explosion. Dirty bombs could contain radiological materials such as radioactive cesium (cesium-137) or other radioactive elements. Such a bomb could spread radiation over a wide area causing illness and even death.

9. How can radioactive materials be used in the medical field and also be components of a dirty bomb?

Cesium-137 and thallium-201 exposure can be beneficial to certain patients in controlled settings involving limited exposure. In the medical field, cesium-137 is used as a source of radiation for treatment of various forms of cancer. Thallium-201 is used in very small doses as a radioimaging drug. However, a dirty bomb could contain large amounts of cesium-137 or other radioactive elements.

10. How does Prussian blue work?

Prussian blue works using a mechanism known as ion exchange. Cesium or thallium that have been absorbed into the body are removed by the liver and passed into the intestine and are then re-absorbed into the body (entero-hepatic circulation). Prussian blue works by trapping thallium and cesium in the intestine, so that they can be passed out of the body in the stool rather than be re-absorbed. If persons are exposed to radioactive cesium, radioactive thallium, or non-radioactive thallium, taking Prussian blue may reduce the risk of death and major illness from radiation or poisoning.

11. Are there any side effects associated with taking Prussian blue?

The most commonly reported side effects are constipation and upset stomach.

12. How soon after exposure to radioactive cesium or to thallium does somebody have to receive Prussian blue to avoid illness and death?

Prussian blue should be taken as soon as possible after exposure. However, even when treatment cannot be started right away, patients should be given Prussian blue as soon as it becomes available because it is still effective even after time has elapsed since exposure.

13. Can more than one company gain approval for Prussian blue?

Yes. However, in addition to the protection provided by patents issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Prussian blue drug products approved by FDA may be protected from competition by periods of marketing exclusivity. Please refer to the guidance document issued in January 2003, on submitting a new drug application for details.

14. When will Radiogardase be available?

The sponsor anticipates that it will have product available for shipment approximately six to eight weeks after approval.

15. Can my doctor write a prescription for Prussian blue for me to keep on hand?

Prussian blue is available only by prescription and should be given only under the supervision of a physician after assessing your medical condition. It is only effective to treat contamination with radioactive cesium or thallium. The dose and duration of treatment depends on the amount of contamination a person is exposed to. Therefore, this drug should be given only when the physician has determined your need for it.

16. How do I know that Prussian blue will be available in case of an emergency?

The U.S. government makes sure that needed medications, especially medicines that may be needed to treat a terrorist threat, are stored in sufficient quantity to provide treatment if there is an emergency.

17. Will Prussian blue be added to the National Stockpile?

It is already part of the National Stockpile of drugs that can be used in an emergency situation.

AL SHARPTON'S TAX SITUATION EXPECTED TO IMPROVE DRAMATICALLY

Al Sharpton is celebrating NY Mayor Bill de Blasio's appointment of Zachary W. Carter as the chief lawyer of the City of New York.

The announcement by Mayor-elect Bill de Blasio regarding the appointment of former Judge Zachary W. Carter as Corporation Counsel for the City of New York is an unprecedented and huge step for progress.

Facing an escalating federal probe into his charity's finances, the Rev. Al Sharpton now has his own muscle: former Brooklyn U.S. Attorney Zachary Carter. Sharpton said Thursday he hired Carter – a respected ex-prosecutor – to represent him and his National Action Network because he thinks the probe has become politicized.

Sharpton and NAN owe several million dollars in back taxes, but Sharpton attributed the problem to a fire at his Harlem headquarters that destroyed many records.(Which he probably started the fire himself)

Bill de Blasio Appoints Sharpton's Tax Fraud Lawyer as NYC Chief Lawyer

January 2, 2014 by Daniel Greenfield

Al Sharpton is celebrating Bill de Blasio's appointment of Zachary W. Carter as the chief lawyer of the City of New York.

The announcement by Mayor-elect Bill de Blasio regarding the appointment of former Judge Zachary W. Carter as Corporation Counsel for the City of New York is an unprecedented and huge step for progress. Zachary Carter personifies the forward movement of fairness and equality in the criminal justice system. I have known Zachary Carter for many years and worked with him as he prosecuted the Abner Louima case and he has done legal work for National Action Network and me.

The New York Times is celebrating what Zachary W. Carter's appointment means for rich rapists everywhere.

"We start with our values," Mr. de Blasio said. "We start with the positions we took and made public throughout the last year. We will drop the appeal on the stop-and-frisk case, because we think the judge was right about the reforms that we need to make. We will settle the Central Park Five case because a huge injustice was done."

In the case known as the Central Park Five, five black and Hispanic teenagers were convicted in the 1989 attack of a Central Park jogger. Their convictions were later thrown out. A $250 million suit against the prosecutors and the police has been pending for a decade.

Rape and $250 million. Bill de Blasio is a generous redistributor of bodies and money.

Zachary W. Carter moderated a panel on "Closing Guantanamo: Terrorism and Civil Liberties in the age of Obama" for Sharpton's National Action Network and more significantly he represented Sharpton in his tax fraud case.

Prosecutors and the IRS have been investigating whether Sharpton misstated the amount of money he raised during his 2004 run for President in order to qualify for matching federal funds. They are also looking into possible tax fraud involving the reverend and NAN.

On Wednesday, Sharpton wrote a letter to Rep. John Conyers (D-Michigan), who chairs the House Judiciary Committee, requesting a review of the Brooklyn U.S. attorney's actions for possible "abuse of power," a Sharpton spokeswoman said.

Sharpton and NAN owe several million dollars in back taxes, but Sharpton attributed the problem to a fire at his Harlem headquarters that destroyed many records. Much of the amount owed consists of penalties he's vigorously disputing.

Now the attorney Sharpton brought in to cover up his tax fraud, is Bill de Blasio's choice to hand out $250 million to the Central Park rapists.

#2304

Few thought that we would miss Mayor Bloomberg when he was gone.  But then he was replaced by the supporter of a Communist terrorist group whose No. 1 issue is banning carriage horses in Central Park because a real estate tycoon bought him the election to do it.  It's a tradition for New York City mayors to start banning innocent things that everyone before them found completely inoffensive. For Mayor Bloomberg, it was large sodas.  For Red Bill de Blasio, it's carriage horses.
Bill de Blasio, like any good Communist, isn't just pushing the horse ban at random.  His elevation was made possible by NYCLASS; a bunch of rich people posing as animal rights activists.  The man behind the Anti-Horse Jihad is Steve Nislick, a real-estate tycoon with an eye on their stables, and a hand in Bill de Blasio's greasy pocket.

There's also something about a universal preschool curriculum.  Also Blasio's daughter from his lesbian wife just "touched" a lot of people by coming out as a junkie on YouTube.

So looking back, let's remember Mayor Bloomberg, a liberal billionaire who bought the mayor's office three times, in a failed effort to ban large sodas.

1. Bloomie was Spider Man

Not photoshopped.  Sadly.

With great power and wealth comes great responsibility.  Unfortunately Mayor Bloomie's powers, after being bitten by a radioactive waterbug limited him to swinging not less than 2 inches while nagging everyone in sight.

2. Mayor Bloomie Liked to Gingerly Hold Guns

Whether they were toy guns or real guns, he would always hold them like he didn't quite know what they were and was afraid they might somehow turn around and shoot him.

Maybe that was why he kept trying to ban them.

3. Mayor Bloomie was Sloppy-Bad at Eating

Bloomie was a talented businessman, but he never figured out how to eat.  Maybe he was just too busy.  Usually someone had to help him eat.  Maybe this was why he wanted to ban so many foods.

4. Mayor Bloomie Never Figured Out How Cups Work Either

Maybe this was why he had so many problems eating.  He spent three terms puzzling over cups and holding press conferences about them.  Eventually he just gave up and focused on guns.

And he never figured out how guns work either.

5. Mayor Bloomie Gave a Crazy Lady a Job

Once upon a time, Bloomie decided that sign language interpretation should be as silly as possible to distract New Yorkers from how badly he was mismanaging the latest disaster.

His brilliant plan would have worked if not for all the people whose homes were on fire, under water or underwater and on fire.

6. After Retirement, Mayor Bloomie has Taken a Job at a Somali Ice Skating Rink

Some people say that working as an attendant at an skating rink in an African country where it never snows and everything is on fire is a step down from being Mayor of New York City.

Others disagree.

7. Bloomie Did Every Job Ever

Mayor Bloomie made it to the Fire Department and the trash department, but could only work as a probation officer in the NYPD.

Bloomie probably made a bad parole officer.  You could see him being much more concerned about the salt content of a released serial killer's diet than about his killing habits.

Muslim Butcher Who Chopped Up Baby Wants $5300 for Not Being Fed Halal

(It would be alot cheaper to throw this A$$hole baby-killer off the prison tower)

http://www.frontpagemag.com/2014/dgreenfield/muslim-butcher-who-chopped-up-baby-wants-5300-for-not-being-fed-halal/

Ali moved his business to a property at Logan Village, south of Brisbane, in 1997 where he continued mainly butchering goats for the Muslim market.

The former Corinda State High School student had been working in a supermarket and struggling to make ends meet when she took a job with Ali after his previous employee spurned his unwanted advances and quit.

Blackwell, a baby-faced 17-year-old, was not as strong, and succumbed to Ali's overtures soon after she started work. Although he was married at the time, she became pregnant with his child.

Minutes after she secretly gave birth, Ali killed the baby girl.

A post-mortem found that her severe fractures were likely to have been caused by being crashed against a hard surface while still alive.

When her body was found by police in a grave it was found her right leg had been severed, she had been cut in half at the abdomen and her reproductive organs had been removed.

Former butcher Ali was fed a vegetarian diet in Maryborough Correctional Centre for four months, instead of specially prepared halal meat in accordance with his religious requirements.

Akhtar Ali, who is serving a life sentence for chopping up his newborn baby, has appealed for the payout to be doubled to $6000 (about $5300 American dollars.)

ObumaCrappyCare Scam Collapsing as Uninsured Realize How Little it Offers Them

January 3, 2014 by Daniel Greenfield

The whole point of ObamaCare was, supposedly, to end the problem of the uninsured who would now get insurance. But the uninsured are unethusiastic about paying a good deal of money for what is little more than catastrophic coverage.

On paper, Tammy Bourdeaux, a gay uninsured freelance social worker who couldn't afford insurance, should have been the perfect demographic for ObamaCare.

And then she tried it.

Boudreaux was hoping to find a better deal on HealthCare.gov. She likes the monthly premiums that she sees but has balked at the high annual deductibles.

"Let's say if I paid the $178 a month, my deductible would be $5,000," she says. "I would have to pay up to $5,000 before I received any kind of payment from my insurance company."

Boudreaux could get a lower deductible if she paid a higher premium, but about $200 a month is what she feels she can afford. She doesn't qualify for subsidies to help pay for a policy.

"I don't smoke. I'm relatively healthy. So I was pretty insulted when I saw this," she says. "I was extremely angry actually. I felt hoodwinked by the insurance companies: 'Oh, here's this wonderful insurance plan but by the way you need to come up with $6,000 out-of-pocket first before we pay for anything.' "

Boudreaux stupidly blames the insurance companies, but the insurance companies are just working within the overall guidelines of the plan which is to exploit people who don't use the system much to finance the whole disaster.

The whole point is to get people like Boudreaux to pay in their $1200 a year that they will hardly ever see any value for. That's what helps make ObamaCare viable.

What's really entertaining is the goal-post moving on the NPR comments where ObamaCare defenders swarm to screech that she doesn't understand that ObamaCare is just catastrophic coverage.

Meanwhile you can find NPR stories where the same screeching flock of harpies is ranting that "privileged and entitled people" who complain about policy cancellations don't understand that their worthless junk policies were just catastrophic coverage... while ObamaCare offers so much more.

OUTRAGE! Obuma Administration Is Secretly Declaring Thousands of US Veterans Incompetent – Then Taking Away Their Second Amendment Rights

Posted by Jim Hoft on Monday, January 6, 2014

US veterans started receiving letters from the government last year informing them that they are disabled and not allowed to own, purchase or possess a firearm. If the veteran does decide to purchase a firearm he will by fined, imprisoned or both.

This comes on page 2 of the VA letter:

Here is the full copy of the letter -

Page 1 of the letter:

Page 2 of the letter:

The majority of US veterans receive basically the same letter. Many of the veterans do not even know the VA declared them incompetent. The targeted veterans say the VA offers an appeals process but then does not share required information.

VA Benefits Administrators are the ones making these declarations against veterans robbing them of their due process rights and arbitrarily submitting their names to the FBI's NICS database without cause and many times without a veteran's knowledge.

This is an outrage!

Last April the United States Justice Foundation (USJF) filed a suit against the Obama Administration on behalf of these abused veterans.
Katharine Russ reported:

The United States Justice Foundation (USJF) has filed the first lawsuit of what promises to be a string of lawsuits in the US District Court for the Southern District of California against the US Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) and the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA)...

...Current policies of the VA have caused more than 129,000 veterans to, arbitrarily, be deprived of their Second Amendment Rights to own firearms without due process simply because they were declared financially "incompetent."

These arbitrary policies, in no way, consider whether a veteran represents a danger to themselves or to others.

It is, unequivocally, unsound and irrational thinking that sends our young men and women off to war and expects them to come home "whole." Most veterans experience minor depression, minor PTSD, and even minor short-term memory loss when they return home but can still function- competently.

No court would find them incompetent and strip them of their second amendment rights for such minor diagnoses unless they were proven to be a detriment to society. In some these cases, the VA does not even offer reasons or evidence for such a Determination.

It is outrageous to think that over 100,000 US veterans are the victims of this sort of abuse.

US veterans deserve the same Constitutional rights as the rest of us.

(The article below was written in Feb. 2013 and now this evil Obuma administration is making good on their word to disarm Veterans for a political reason and not being concerned one bit with the Constitution no matter what.  They are trying to disarm Americans with more lies for Gun Control which will trickle down to every American gun owner)

OUTRAGEOUS: Veterans receiving letters prohibiting the purchase, possession, receipt, or transport of a firearm/ammunition...

How would you feel if you received a letter from the U.S. Government informing you that because of a physical or mental condition that the government says you have it is proposing to rule that you are incompetent to handle your own financial affairs? Suppose that letter also stated that the government is going to appoint a stranger to handle your affairs for you at your expense? That would certainly be scary enough but it gets worse.

What if that letter also stated: "A determination of incompetency will prohibit you from purchasing, possessing, receiving, or transporting a firearm or ammunition. If you knowingly violate any of these prohibitions, you may be fined, imprisoned, or both pursuant to the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act, Pub.L.No. 103-159, as implemented at 18, United States Code 924(a)(2)."?

That makes is sound like something right from a documentary on a tyrannical dictatorship somewhere in the world. Yet, as I write this I have a copy of such a letter right in front of me. It is being sent by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to hundreds, perhaps thousands, of America's heroes. In my capacity as Executive Director of the United States Justice Foundation (USJF) I have been contacted by some of these veterans and the stories I am getting are appalling.

The letter provides no specifics on the reasons for the proposed finding of incompetency; just that is based on a determination by someone in the VA. In every state in the United States no one can be declared incompetent to administer their own affairs without due process of law and that usually requires a judicial hearing with evidence being offered to prove to a judge that the person is indeed incompetent. This is a requirement of the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution that states that no person shall "... be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law...".

Obviously, the Department of Veterans Affairs can't be bothered by such impediments as the Constitution, particularly since they are clearly pushing to fulfill one of Obama's main goals, the disarming of the American people. Janet Napolitano has already warned law enforcement that some of the most dangerous among us are America's heroes, our veterans, and now according to this letter from the VA they can be prohibited from buying or even possessing a firearm because of a physical or mental disability.

Think about it, the men and women who have laid their lives on the line to defend us and our Constitution are now having their own Constitutional rights denied. There are no clear criteria for the VA to declare a veteran incompetent. It can be the loss of a limb in combat, a head injury, a diagnosis of PTSD, or even a soldier just telling someone at the VA that he or she is depressed over the loss of a buddy in combat. In none of these situations has the person been found to be a danger to themselves or others. If that was the case than all of the Americans who have suffered from PTSD following the loss of a loved one or from being in a car accident would also have to be disqualified from owning firearms. It would also mean that everyone who has ever been depressed for any reason should be disarmed. In fact, many of the veterans being deprived of their rights have no idea why it is happening.

The answer seems to be it is simply because they are veterans. At the USJF we intend to find the truth by filing a Freedom of Information Act request to the Department of Veterans Affairs to force them to disclose the criteria they are using to place veterans on the background check list that keeps them from exercising their Second Amendment rights. Then we will take whatever legal steps are necessary to protect our American warriors.

The reality is that Obama will not get all of the gun control measures he wants through Congress, and they wouldn't be enough for him anyway. He wants a totally disarmed America so there will be no resistance to his plans to rob us of our nation. That means we have to ask who will be next. If you are receiving a Social Security check will you get one of these letters? Will the government declare that you are incompetent because of your age and therefore banned from firearm ownership. It certainly fits in with the philosophy and plans of the Obama administration. It is also certain that our military veterans don't deserve this and neither do any other Americans.

BREAKING: Federal Judge Overturns Chicago's Ban On Sale And Transfer of Guns

CHICAGO (AP) — A federal judge on Monday overturned Chicago's ban on the sale and transfer of firearms, ruling that the city's ordinances aimed at reducing gun violence are unconstitutional.
U.S. District Judge Edmond E. Chang said in his ruling that while the government has a duty to protect its citizens, it's also obligated to protect constitutional rights, including the right to keep and bear arms for self-defense. However, Chang said he would temporarily stay the effects of his ruling, meaning the ordinances can stand while the city decides whether to appeal.

The decision is just the latest to attack what were some of the toughest gun-control laws in the nation. In 2010, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down Chicago's long-standing gun ban. And last year, Illinois legislators were forced by a federal appeals court to adopt a law allowing residents to carry concealed weapons in Illinois, the only state that still banned the practice.

The resulting state law largely stripped city and officials of surrounding Cook County of their authority to regulate guns, which especially irked officials in Chicago, where residents had to apply for concealed-carry permits through the police chief.

Canada's ex-defense minister: Aliens would give us more tech if we'd stop wars

Paul Hellyer, who has long insisted that aliens have visited Earth for many years, says that when aliens saw the atomic bomb they decided that we were a great threat to the cosmos.

Story by Chris Matyszczyk |January 5, 2014
http://news.cnet.com/8301-17852_3-57616630-71/canadas-ex-defense-minister-aliens-would-give-us-more-tech-if-wed-stop-wars/

I don't want to disturb what you're doing right now, but apparently four different species of aliens have been visiting Earth for thousands of years.

I don't quite have the evidence at hand, but Paul Hellyer, who used to be Canada's defense minister, claims he has.

In an interview with Russia Today, Hellyer explained (as if it was obvious): "Of course, there's been a lot more activity in the last few decades."

The reason for this, he said, was that man was stupid enough to invent the atomic bomb. Aliens are frightened that we're going to use it again (and again) and that this will affect the whole balance of the cosmos.

Ergo, each visit seems to have symbolized: "What the hell are they doing in that insane asylum today?"

Hellyer suggested that there are Edward Snowden-style whistleblowers who have already revealed government knowledge of alien visits. "It doesn't take long to get your hands on it," he said.

Hellyer is perhaps less convincing about his own experience with UFOs. He claims to have seen one, but when asked what it was like he said: "It just looks like a star."

He added: "The Star of Bethlehem is one of God's flying saucers."

Hellyer used to believe that there were between 2 and 12 different species of alien. Now, he says he's received reports that there might be as many as 80.

What's perhaps most interesting to our self-centered species is that some of them apparently look just like us. Indeed, he claimed that two alien ladies went to Las Vegas to shop dressed as nuns and no one was any the wiser.

Why would they be? This was Vegas. Try that in Springfield, Ill.

In case you feel you might have met one in your home town, some are tall ("Nordic blondes"), some are short ("Short Grays"), and some look like aliens in cartoons.

At this point, you'll be worried about whether these aliens are mean-spirited. Hellyer said that only one or two species might be threatening. He didn't mention whether they spoke Klingon.

In previous pronouncements, Hellyer has insisted that aliens know how to make us greener.

The aliens would, it seems, like to teach us better ways to live. Hellyer believes, though, that they are waiting for our consent. Moreover, they're scared that if they revealed themselves we'd throw a conniption.

Honestly, it's as if these aliens have never seen a single sci-fi show. We've been begging them to sort us out for many a year.

You'll be wondering, though, about their technology. The aliens are "light years" ahead of us. And, apparently, "a lot of the things we use today, we got from them."

Ah, that's why it's called the Samsung Galaxy.

Microchips and Kevlar vests are two of the other creations that, according to the serious Hellyer, came from outer spatial sources.
We would get a lot more technology from them "if we would go about it peacefully."

Hellyer's concerned that we might truly need a Star Wars capability "if we shoot down every UFO that comes into our airspace."

It's easy to dismiss Hellyer as being, well, from another planet. But our obsession with what's out there belies, surely, our considerable dislike of what we have become.

Perhaps hardest to swallow is Hellyer's notion that the majority of alien species out there are benign, loving, and progressive.

To be supposedly within reach of better attitudes and better technologies -- and only not receiving them because we don't ask for them -- seems to be the ultimate in tragedy.

So, dear aliens, could you just prove your benevolent ways by sorting out the three things that are bothering me right now. You know what they are, because you have the technology, right?

I am asking you nicely. Pretty please?

Paul Hellyer was Canadian minister of Defense in 1960s, ruling over the country's armed forces during the time of the Cold War -- and when he retired he publicly stated that we are not alone in the universe, and some guests from outer space actually live here, on planet Earth. Is this fantasy? Is someone actually watching us?  :-\ :P ::) 8)
