Hollywood Moonbat Antonio Banderas Calls For Socialist Takeover of Private Businesses, "Nationalize Them... Like [Hugo] Chavez Did"

(If he's so into wealth redistribution why doesn't he hand over his millions to the government?)

Via The Local:

Spanish actor Antonio Banderas surprised CNN viewers when he criticized US President Barack Obama and suggested Europe and the US should apply the same economic policies as Venezuela's late president Hugo Chávez.

During his talk with Spanish journalist Ana Pastor, Banderas was asked several questions about the current financial crisis and possible solutions to it.

The Malaga-born star pointed the finger of blame at "the markets, the lobbies, the big corporations" and suggested they didn't have to take responsibility when countries and governments had problems.

"We're not being governed by the people we voted for," he told Pastor.

"How do you put a stop to that?" she asked.

"You break it like Chávez did in his day, you get all these big corporations and you nationalize them," answered Banderas in the midst of a deafening silence.

"There was no other way out," he added.

The Hollywood actor also criticized the US's President Obama for not fullfilling his promises during his two terms in office and succumbing to the pressure of big business and financial markets.

Unreal: CNN's Chris Cuomo Defends Martin Bashir Saying Someone Should Defecate In Sarah Palin's Mouth

(Cuomo is a Piece of Shit)

Via Mediaite:

On CNN's New Day Thursday morning, anchor Chris Cuomo praised MSNBC's Martin Bashirfor his apology to Sarah Palin, and slightly defended the editorial decision to make the initial remarks as part of a more "rhetorical" point about slavery.

Mediaite columnist Joe Concha appeared as a guest, wondering aloud why Bashir hadn't been suspended for on-air remarks like his colleague Alec Baldwin was for an off-air profanity-laced tirade.

"But let's get some context here," Cuomo pushed back. In return, Concha noted that it took Bashir three days to apologize.

"Okay, let's talk about why did it take three days," Cuomo asked. "That goes to what was the intention that Bashir had when he said this. Having read the full transcript of what it was, it seemed to have been a fairly well-developed reference to the history of slavery and how terrible it is and this was what was done to slaves; and if you want to use slavery, you should know what slavery was, and this is what should be done to you."

"But he didn't have to go that far," Concha responded.

"And then it became just the last part of what he was saying should happen to her, which was this horrible thing that was done to slaves," Cuomo noted. "Do you think Martin Bashir was trying to be viciously, savagely hurtful to Sarah Palin?"

"Yes! Of course," Concha replied.

"You don't think he was trying to make a bigger rhetorical point and that this was just a mistake of how to do it?" the CNN host asked. Concha did not agree, suggesting the MSNBC host was simply "trying to get attention."

NBC (No Bloody Clue) News Has Censored All Coverage of ObumaCrappyCare Since Monday

(It's been more than three days without the word ObumaCrappyCare being mentioned even once, you know, because it's such a minor story  :P
Speaking of ObumaCrappyCare news, a company is actually chucking 1000 people onto the CRAPPY exchanges BECAUSE Obuma delayed the employer mandate.  Ouch... thats got to hurt!  This is the start of 10's of millions to come from employer plans))

Via Newsbusters:

NBC News has completely censored any mention of the unfolding ObamaCare disaster for the last 72 hours. Not one word about the millions of Americans losing their health insurance nor the severe political damage that has been done to President Obama and the Democratic Party.

In that same time period, both CBS and ABC reported on major developments regarding the new law, including revelations that much of ObamaCare's infrastructure was still unfinished and that the administration knew of serious problems with the HealthCare.gov website as early as March.

The last time ObamaCare was even mentioned on the air waves of NBC News was during Monday morning's Todayshow, when White House correspondent Peter Alexander touted a "to-do list" of damage controlfor the President and former Obama press secretary Robert Gibbs was given a platform to spin for his former boss.

Thomas Sowell: Knock Out Gang Games

by Thomas Sowell

New York City police authorities are investigating a series of unprovoked physical attacks in public places on people who are Jewish, in the form of what is called "the knockout game."

The way the game is played, one of a number of young blacks decides to show that he can knock down some stranger on the streets, preferably with one punch, as they pass by. Often some other member of the group records the event, so that a video of that "achievement" is put on the Internet, to be celebrated.

The New York authorities describe a recent series of such attacks and, because Jews have been singled out in these attacks, are considering prosecuting these assaults as "hate crimes."

Many aspects of these crimes are extremely painful to think about, including the fact that responsible authorities in New York seem to have been caught by surprise, even though this "knockout game" has been played for years by young black gangs in other cities and other states, against people besides Jews — the victims being either whites in general or people of Asian ancestry.

Attacks of this sort have been rampant in St. Louis. But they have also occurred in Massachusetts, Wisconsin and elsewhere. In Illinois the game has often been called "Polar Bear Hunting" by the young thugs, presumably because the targets are white.

The main reason for many people's surprise is that the mainstream media have usually suppressed news about the "knockout game" or about other and larger forms of similar orchestrated racial violence in dozens of cities in every region of the country. Sometimes the attacks are reported, but only as isolated attacks by unspecified "teens" or "young people" against unspecified victims, without any reference to the racial makeup of the attackers or the victims — and with no mention of racial epithets by the young hoodlums exulting in their own "achievement."

Despite such pious phrases as "troubled youths," the attackers are often in a merry, festive mood. In a sustained mass attack in Milwaukee, going far beyond the dimensions of a passing "knockout game," the attackers were laughing and eating chips, as if it were a picnic. One of them observed casually, "white girl bleed a lot."

That phrase — "White Girl Bleed A Lot" — is also the title of a book by Colin Flaherty, which documents both the racial attacks across the nation and the media attempts to cover them up, as well as the local political and police officials who try to say that race had nothing to do with these attacks.

Chapter 2 of the 2013 edition is titled, "The Knockout Game, St. Louis Style." So this is nothing new, however new it may be to some in New York, thanks to the media's political correctness.

Nor is this game just a passing prank. People have been beaten unconscious, both in this game and in the wider orchestrated racial attacks. Some of these victims have been permanently disabled and some have died from their injuries.

But most of the media see no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil. In such an atmosphere, the evil not only persists but grows.

Some in the media, as well as in politics, may think that they are trying to avoid provoking a race war by ignoring or playing down these attacks. But the way to prevent a race war is by stopping these attacks, not trying to sanitize them.

If these attacks continue, and continue to grow, more and more people are going to know about them, regardless of the media or the politicians. Responsible people of all races need to support a crackdown on these attacks, which can provoke a white backlash that can escalate into a race war. But political expediency leads in the opposite direction.

What is politically expedient is to do what Attorney General Eric Holder is doing — launch campaigns against schools that discipline a "disproportionate" number of black male students. New York City's newly elected liberal mayor is expected to put a stop to police "stop and frisk" policies that have reduced the murder rate to one-fourth of what it was under liberal mayors of the past.
Apparently political correctness trumps human lives.

Providing cover for hoodlums is a disservice to everybody, including members of every race, and even the hoodlums themselves. Better that they should be suppressed and punished now, rather than continue on a path that is likely to lead to prison, or even to the execution chamber.

Congresswoman Attacked in D.C. May Have Been Victim of
Deadly 'Knockout' Game

http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2013/11/21/Congresswoman-Attacked-in-DC-May-Have-Been-Victim-of-Knockout-Game

Rep. Grace Meng (D-NY) may have been the victim of the "knockout" game that is spreading across the nation where young blacks try to knock out unsuspecting people with sucker punches. The "knockout game" has even led to some fatalities, and there have been reported victims in major cities like New York and Washington, D.C.
Meng told Washington, D.C.'s ABC affiliate WJLA that she "got hit from behind" on her head while walking home from dinner on Tuesday night and "landed in my front."

"After I hit the ground, there is a period of time where I don't really remember what happened," Meng said.

She was found disoriented, had little recollection of the attack, and could not describe the assailants. The New York Daily News reported that the attackers did not take a tote that contained her cell phone and credit cards. However, Rep. Meng's office told Breitbart News that her handbag has not been recovered.

The knockout game typically involves victims who are smaller in stature being attacked from behind. The victims are not necessarily robbed after the attack.

"I didn't see anyone coming," she told the Daily News. "I just got hit on the head."

She said she was a New Yorker and thus a "tough girl," so she did not think much of walking home alone on Tuesday night after having dinner with a friend. Meng said her "knee is bloodied" and the "back of her head is still sore." She said she was "so glad nothing happened for the sake of [my] kids and family." Meng is married with two children.

An Eastern Market resident told WJLA that she was "afraid it's that attack-from-the-back situation," referring to the "knockout game."

Washington, D.C. police have said the investigation into Meng's attack is "active." D.C. police are also investigating two other women in D.C. who were hit in the back of the head on Thursday and Friday of last week in similar situations in what could have also been due to the "knockout" game.

10 ObumaCrappyCare Horror Stories That Are Almost Too Crazy To Believe

The more Americans learn about Obamacare, the less they like it. They were promised that under Obamacare they would be able to keep their current health insurance plans, that health insurance premiums would be lower, and that millions more Americans would be able to get coverage. But none of those promises are turning out to be true. Right now, millions of Americans are receiving cancellation notices from their health insurance companies – including many Americans that are in a life or death battle with cancer. By the end of next year, it is being projected that up to 100 million more Americans could have their health insurance policies canceled. Meanwhile, large numbers of Americans are discovering that their "new plans" are going to cost them two, three, four or even five times as much as their old plans cost them. You are about to see some shocking examples of this. And now that the reality of Obamacare is really starting to sink in for the American people, the popularity of the law is starting to drop like a rock. According to a brand new CBS News poll that was just released, only 31 percent of all Americans still approve of Obamacare while an astounding 61 percent of all Americans now disapprove of it. Perhaps if we get that number to 70 or 80 percent, the politicians in Washington D.C. will cave in and we can get this law repealed. So please share this article with as many people as you possibly can. The following are 10 Obamacare horror stories that are almost too crazy to believe...

Edie Littlefield Sundby: "My grievance is not political; all my energies are directed to enjoying life and staying alive, and I have no time for politics. For almost seven years I have fought and survived stage-4 gallbladder cancer, with a five-year survival rate of less than 2% after diagnosis. I am a determined fighter and extremely lucky. But this luck may have just run out: My affordable, lifesaving medical insurance policy has been canceled effective Dec. 31.

My choice is to get coverage through the government health exchange and lose access to my cancer doctors, or pay much more for insurance outside the exchange (the quotes average 40% to 50% more) for the privilege of starting over with an unfamiliar insurance company and impaired benefits."

Patricia in North Carolina:"I am a 62 year old woman who has an individual policy with BCBS of North Carolina. My premiums are $249.50 per month. I bought the policy when I retired and moved to NC to be closer to my aging parents. The policy is a high deductible one with a $2700 deductible, $5000 out of pocket maximum. BCBS has told me my plan is no longer offered due to Obamacare and that my new plan will cost $600.55 per month and has a required an out of pocket maximum of $6350."

Jacqueline Proctor: Take, for example, Jacqueline Proctor of San Francisco. She and her husband are in their early 60s. They have been paying $7,200 a year for a bare-bones Kaiser Permanente health plan with a $5,000 per person annual deductible. "Kaiser told us the plan does not comply with Obamacare and the substitute will cost more than twice as much," about $15,000 per year, she says.

This new plan, Kaiser's cheapest offering for 2014, would consume about 25 percent of their after-tax income. The new plan still has a $5,000 deductible but provides coverage for things her current policy does not, such as maternity care, healthy child visits and coverage for dependents up to age 26. Proctor has no use for such coverage, since her son is 30.

Gloria Cantor: Gloria Cantor of Florida has cancer — five brain tumors and tumors in her bones — but she won't have the health insurance she has relied on for her treatment for much longer.

Mrs. Cantor and her husband, Jay, told WFTV in Orlando that their insurance is being dropped in order to comply with Obamacare regulations.

"The Cantors received [a] letter in the mail [that] explains Gloria's health insurance will end next summer due to the Affordable Care Act," reporter Lori Brown says. "But after promises by President Obama ... the Cantors now feel betrayed. After the insurance company drops them, it will offer them a different plan that it admits will be more expensive. The Cantors are especially worried because their doctors cannot assure them that [the MD Anderson Cancer Center] will still accept the new plan."

A Zero Hedge Reader: My company, based in California, employs 600. We used to insure about 250 of our employees. The rest opted out. The company paid 50% of their premiums for about $750,000/yr.

Under Obamacare, none can opt out without penalty, and the rates are double or triple, depending upon the plan. Our 750k for 250 employees is going to $2 million per year for 600 employees.

By mandate, we have to pay 91.5% of the premium or more up from the 50% we used to pay.

Our employees share of the premium goes from $7/week for the cheapest plan to $30/week. 95% of my employees were on that plan. Remember, we used to pay 50% now we pay 91.5% and the premiums still go up that much!!

The cheapest plan now has a deductible of $6350! Before it was $150. Employees making $9 to $10/hr, have to pay $30/wk and have a $6350 deductible!!! What!!!!

They can't afford that to be sure. Obamacare will kill their propensity to seek medical care. More money for less care? How does that help them?

Ashley Dionne: I graduated from The University of Michigan in 2009. In my state, this used to mean something, but even with a bachelor's I was told I was too educated and wouldn't stay. I watched as kids with GEDs and high school diploma's took the low-paying jobs for which I applied.

I went back to school and got a second degree and finally found work at a gym. I work nights and only get 32 hours a week for eight dollars an hour. I'm unable to find a second job at this time.

I have asthma, ulcers, and mild cerebral palsy. Obamacare takes my monthly rate from $75 a month for full coverage on my "Young Adult Plan," to $319 a month. After $6,000 in deductibles, of course.

Liberals claimed this law would help the poor. I am the poor, the working poor, and I can't afford to support myself, let alone older generations and people not willing to work at all.

This law has raped my future.

It will keep me and kids my age from having a future at all.

This is the real face of Obamacare and it isn't pretty.

George Schwab: George Schwab, 62, of North Carolina, said he was "perfectly happy" with his plan from Blue Cross Blue Shield, which also insured his wife for a $228 monthly premium. But this past September, he was surprised to receive a letter saying his policy was no longer available. The "comparable" plan the insurance company offered him carried a $1,208 monthly premium and a $5,500 deductible.

A Middle Class Texas Family: Obamacare is named the "Affordable Care Act," after all, and the President promised the rates would be "as low as a phone bill." But I just received a confirmed letter from a friend in Texas showing a 539% rate increase on an existing policy that's been in good standing for years.

As the letter reveals (see below), the cost for this couple's policy under Humana is increasing from $212.10 per month to $1,356.60 per month. This is for a couple in good health whose combined income is less than $70K — a middle-class family, in other words.

Michael Cerpok: "I've worked hard because I've had to, and I've had to, because cancer runs in my family," says Cerpok, who picked his current health insurance based on that family history. His monthly premium is just about half of his monthly take-home pay.

Back in 2006, he found out he had an incurable form of leukemia that requires ongoing treatment until he dies.

In 2012, his treatment bill was more than $350,000. But because of his insurance, his out-of-pocket was only $4,500.

That's about to change because Michael just got a letter from his insurance carrier saying as of January 1, he would be dropped from coverage because of new regulations under Obamacare.

Bill Elliot: Fox News host Megyn Kelly shared a heart rendering story Thursday night of a South Carolina man with cancer who is being forced to make what he sees as a life or death decision after his health insurance plan was cancelled because of Obamacare.

Bill Elliot, who voted for President Obama, contacted "The Kelly File" via Facebook and said he can no longer afford to pay his medical bills and does not want to take on the new costs because he does not want to put a "burden" on his family, according to Fox News.

Saying he feels "misled," Elliott told Kelly his new insurance will cost him $1,500 per month with a $13,000 deductible, adding that he will opt to pay the minimal fine for not having health insurance and "will just let nature take its course."

BOOM: CIA Airstrike Kills Five Taliban Commanders,
Including Haqqani Network's Second-In-Command In Pakistan

(Soooo solly... nos mo' jihad fur dem muzzies)

PESHAWAR, Pakistan (NBC News) — Five Taliban commanders — including the Haqqani network's No. 2 — were among nine people killed by a U.S. drone strike early Thursday, Pakistani security officials told NBC News.

Maulvi Ahmad Jan, a prominent adviser to Haqqani network leader Sirajuddin Haqqani, was among the dead after a religious school was targeted, according to a security official who was not authorized to speak publicly.

"Initially we thought that a suicide bomber had hit the madrasa but later we confirmed it was a drone attack," the security official said.

As part of the wider Taliban movement, the Pakistan-based Haqqanis are among the United States' most feared enemies in Afghanistan. They have been blamed for many of the more than 2,000 U.S. military deaths in the country.

Ahmad Jan was a senior commander with the group who did not work out in the field but helped to plan insurgency operations against U.S and Afghan forces according to Dr. Anatol Lieven of King's College London.

Witness Amjad Hussain said dozens of the militants arrived shortly after the attack, encircling the site. Local residents told NBC News the drone fired four rockets into the madrasa in Pakistan's Waziristan tribal region at 5:40 a.m. local time (7:40 p.m. Wednesday ET).
