Attention to Orders!

Be it known to all GAF commands,
  Effective as of 4 June 2006, 1st Lt. One Star Charlie is hereby promoted to Bvt. Captain and is ordered to take over command of Cavalry Troop D, Div. of the Pacific Northwest, Dept. of the Pacific.

Congratulations Captain One Star Charlie, I'll stand the first round at the sutler's, at your convienience.
