I had the Honor ...
« on: April 02, 2006, 08:46:36 AM »
I recently had the honor of represensting GAF at the recent internment of Miss Annie Lee Independent, Nancy Depoy, at Arlington National Cemetary.  There were a number of NCOWS and SASS friends of hers in attendance, but most, except for Silver Creek Slim (who was in his Olde West Best), had to come from work and therefore weren't dressed Olde West.  It was a beautiful and memorable experience.

Steel Horse, I'm glad to hear you and  Slim and the other pards were there.
I miss her a LOT.  It's good to know there were a bunch of cowboys to escort her to her final resting place.
