Oh what the he.. . One more organization I can belong to. Mine's a Navy Arms 24" in 45lc. "Iron" version. Wife bought it fer me as an aniversary gift last year. Custom buckhorn rear sight, ivory bead front sight, realy good action job, minor short stroke. It's been my main match rifle ever since! It don't care what you shoot out of it, it puts it where you point it! Yeah I use a dowell most of the time. That little bit of gamer in me won't go away. Sometimes I wish he'd just go on an' take over. Then maybe I'd practice an' work out like I should. Gamers are just the guys an' gals who do the things to improve themselves that the rest of us are too lazy or too buisy chasin' a buck to do. I love shootin' with 'em an' watchin 'em play.
Incorrect, "Sportsmen/women" that follow the "Spirit of the Game" are the ones that practice there shooting to become the best, uses the Firearms as the came from the manufacturer or uses the Technology the was available during the Victorian Era to smoothe out the Actions, same w/ the Gear, follows the Rules as they are Written, Interacts & Shoots a Stage as it is Written & Dlothes themselves in the Proper fashion.
The "Gamester" practices his shooting as well, But, uses Dubious Means w/ in the Rules in order to win, Doesn't interact or shoot the stage as it is Written by not following the "Spirit of the Game", uses Technology & Gear that wasn't available during the Victorian Era, nor used in Westerns & only clothe themselves in a Minimalest of ways that they can get away w/ or any combination there of.
These are the Differences between a true "Sportsman/women" that believes in the "Spirit of the Game" & "Gamesters" that Have to Win @ Any Cost.
