Convention rooms

[bear tooth billy]

I just want to give a heads up for you to not to forget to reserve your room. On
the contract the cutoff date for our guaranteed rate of $101 is Feb. 26th
Our next magazine will probably come out around then. Unfortunately I don't
know how many members read this, (it's very underutilized in my opinion). So
please pass the word for people to get their rooms booked, Make sure you get
the $101 rate. Any problems call me or Lisa in sales.

Please pay attention! Our block of rooms are about sold out. We can probably get more but if you are going I definitely recommend calling before Feb. 26.
