KVC Buffalo Hunt-Information and Requesting a head count

Hello from Camp! The Buffalo herd is spotted and will be in prime position on October 10 and 11. It is the same stand (Lebo Kansas). From the north, take 75 south at Beto Jct to 22nd Rd (5 mi). Turn West 5 mi to Homestead Rd. Turn south, go 2 1/2 mi. camp on the right (west).

From the south, on the north side of New Strawn, turn West on 17th Rd. Stay on the blacktop as it turns north, again, until it turns back west. Watch for Homestead Rd(2-3 mi), turn north 1/2 mile on left (west).

Big Bore match is 30 rnds for score. NO SIGHT-INS. Range varies (buffalo don't stand at designated ranges) Entry $20 + a blanket prize

Rimfire 20 rnds for score No sight-ins. Buff are about 4"x 6". Entry $5 + a blanket prize.

Blanket prizes will be awarded at 10 AM Sun or when shooting has ended.

Duck Creek Dave is riding in on his chuck wagon. Dave is serving breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and Dinner on Saturday. He would like a headcount so he can shop appropriately, chuckwagon prices are real reasonable. Lunch is a bring your own, friday dinner the same. Reply here for your headcount.
