That brought back a blast from the past...

I'm guessing about 1956 or so I sent away for the 20 Mule team kit.... it arrived and was easy to assemble.
Though I never painted mine.
They show up on eBay, but today the kits are no longer made.

I used to love to watch the TV show "Death Valley Days" hosted by Ronald Reagan
Robert Taylor and Dale Robertson....with Stanley Andrews as the old Ranger.

very cool they built a new set .... I think an original set is still on display in Death Valley National Park

Morning all

Temperature is supposed to hit 85 today.  Then the weekend is supposed to drop down to the 60s and be stormy.

I’m almost done with active duty now.  I get done on Tuesday.  Then I’m back to regular guard status.

Oh, made a hard decision the other day, Little Brown Dog is a year old, has not had any real bird training and I at this point have no business out tromping around in the uplands with just me and me dog, my prefered method.  I am not going bird hunting anymore, still will likely deer hunt, but not this year, can always drive to where I sit with the pickup or 4 wheeler.   Plus there are always others around.

All hard but wise choices Del....

up some early today , having had coffee and rye toast
Just poking around the web some, watched a " Forgotten Weapons " video on the Steyr pistol.
I'll be visiting the friendly LGS later and probably lunch with my collaborator.
No rain expected but the Humidity is 95%  with temp's about the number...guessers say  99° on Monday

Smart move for sure.  Had a rough time just riding to Walgreens to pick up her prescriptions yesterday. Glad we didn’t stop at store or anywhere else.

Coffee is on- something cooler if you prefer.

Yep more liquid sunshine on tap today

I had spoken to him on the phone earlier so I was not exposed.

We're in a motel at KC, ready for Wife's immigration interview tomorrow morning. Grand Muster was great! Time to start planning for next year already.

Forecast  ::)

Looking like the trade show industry is dead for 2020 .... with all shows canceling and going dormant.
Venues are limiting attendance to 50 people , When shows hosts thousands.
There is no point to Showcase or stage an industrial.

At this point ,  not planning to return to work this year    :-\
