I have inherited a large sum of 350 gr lead bullets. I would like to shoot them thru my Marlin 1895. I can't find much on reloading the 350 gr lead bullet. Would anyone like to share a pet load for this combo?

While I don?t have a pet load for a 350 grain lead bullet, the 4th edition Lyman Cast Bullet Handbook has a listing for the 350 gr Saeco bullet for the Marlin 1895 and the Winchester 1886.  Eight different powders are listed with that bullet with pressure readings in C.U.P.  Hope this helps.

Hodgdon and Alliant have data for 350 grain bullets in their on-line reloading guides.

I shoot a 335 grain in my 45/70, (an 1886 Chiappa) .....6 grains of 4227 on the primer and fillerup with FFFg black + a 45 thou HDPE overpowder wad ... gets 1550FPS
Shoots clean, nice loud boom, good smoke cloud, whats not to like!?

36 grs of Varget with Lyman or RCBS 350 gr bullets works for me in my Browning '86.

Knocks over rams at 200m with the factory barrel sights from the sitting position, no x-stix.

I'm sorry that I don't have exact loads for you, but I'm contributing to this thread to say that I've had excellent performance in the 45/70 Marlin with both Unique and Trail Boss beneath a 350 grain bullet.
