Redmans relines barrels. IMHO it might be cheaper to a new barrel.

PLUS ONE to Eoin Mack.
There isn't a lot of excess material in a 30 Carbine barrel. Some thin by design. My personal would be to replace the barrel.

Original GI replacement barrels are available - reasonably priced and with a number of manufacturers - I'd certainly go that route.
