Oh what a Crisis The Leather has shrunk

Looking for some help. Have a Triple K gun belt have had it in storage for a few years. Pulled it out recently went to wrap it around and Oh Lord it has shrunk by almost six inches. Now I have lost weight and inches since the last time I wore it. Now I did not treat the leather before I stored it and I have no one to blame but myself. Anyone have a suggestion to what I can do to save it or should I just go shopping for a new gun belt?

assuming it was stored out of high heat & humidity....and it is just dry and not dry rotted...

Skidmore's  Leather Restorer ...it may take several applications over a week or two.

It is still supple and it was stored in a humid place
