I have looked all over and cannot find out if this is accurate. In the original WB rules it says rifles must be a minimum of .40 caliber, but I was told that has been changed to allow .38/.357 chambering. Is this correct? Thanks

No.

Page 9 of the WBAS Shooters' Handbook says:  "Rifle must be chambered in a pistol caliber of .40 or larger."

Some clubs have an "open" class that might allow otherwise unapproved firearms or calibers.

Thank you kindly! Not the answer I wanted, but at least I've got the right information. Have to find a levergun in 44, rats, i have a little .38/.357 that is a sweet shooter!
