Were all the flatops  built on Uberti frames ? I've been looking for one , but the few that i've seen appear to be not USA made.

The USFA catalogs which I have access to are for 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2008. The '04, '05 and '07 list the Flattop Target, the '08 does not. My catalogs are pdf, not originals, and the '08 catalog is much shorter than the others so I am not sure if it's complete. With Flattop's being offered in '04, '05 and '07 at a minimum, I would think there are almost certainly some 100% USA Flattop's out there.
