Somewhere along the line he lost the forearm wood.  I have a forearm in the closet.  Kinda fibbing about they moved "fast".  They were poor sellers that's why they only made 250.  Neat gun.  Hmmm.  You are evil for posting this.  I wonder if the Stanley screw driver is part of the deal?

Tee Hee Hee Hee.  ::)

I'll be kind.  HORSEFEATHERS!!  Taylor's contracted for the Henry Transitions.  It took them for freeking ever to sell the batch they
originally ordered.  I, on the other hand, was concerned they (the Henrys) would sell like hotcakes so I bought mine about a day after
they were announced.  I could have waited a year or two.  When I bought mine, that swell little fore arm was a $70 option.  Of
course, I ordered mine with one.  Then I found the little fore arm just slides around.  It's almost useless.

However, all that being said.  It's an absolutely GREAT rifle.  I put a "Smith Shop" Carrier Block in mine (45 Colt) and load it with Cowboy
45 Special cases.  Get 18 of em in it.  Really Really Really FUN rifle.

PS:  If my Gun Fund wasn't depleted, I'd be bidding for that custom made hollow ground ( ::)) Stanley screwdriver you betcha.  Oh well.

I wonder if that funky "trapdoor" could be removed from the loading gate and a flat gate installed(?). That would make it even sweeter. Hmmm.
