Might anyone know of a source for buffer washer or 2 for the 1910 WSL?

Have you tried Popperts?  Jack First might be another source.

John Henwood in his book on the Winchester Self Loaders states he uses sheet Teflon gasket material.It is available in several thicknesses and uses arch punches to cut them out.Size and thickness are critical to functioning and you may have to sand to correct thickness and or stack several thicknesses.
