Howdy,
If you'll have me I'd like to join STORM. I'm a hobby gunsmith, engraver and wood carver. I'm here because I live to shoot my handguns on a regular basis and my favorite one to shoot is my 1860 Army (I kind of like my S&W Model 41 .22 target pistol as well).
I live in a rural area with not much chance to shoot in official CAS without a good bit of travel. I do shoot informal Cowboy Action with other locals and we often shoot here at my place. I'm lucky and live where going out to shoot is just stepping outside or at least opening the shop door a tad when it's -13 like tonight. Not sure if it helps but I grew up on a horse in the badlands out my back door. The same badlands that once hosted a battle between the Gros Ventre and the Sioux. I wasn't around that far back so I have to take it on the word of some Gros Ventre friends. Ok, enough name dropping.
On a serious note I'd like to hang out here because this is the best exchange there is for gunsmithin and customizing my beloved 1860 Army. So, ifin you'll have me.....
