There are three different Ruger Single Six grip frames on the .32s.  The first is the full size grip like on the "old" Vaquero.  They were the first ones made and are very scarce.  This is essentially the same frame as on the Stallion.  Next, Ruger shortened the standard grip frame 1/4" on the theory they would work better for small shooters.  Then they came out with the birds head.  People either love them or hate them.  I have shot a pair of birds heads for several years.  I find they point naturally for ME.  How they will fit you only you can determine.  The short frame and birds heads are the ones you are most likely to find on the used market as the Ruger has been out of production for a few years.  The good thing about Ruger is that all of their grip frames mix and match.  Vaquero, New Vaquero and the single six all have the same grip frame screw patterns.
