One of my favorites for those looking for ribbon attachments:  http://www.vanguardmil.com/    Also,  if  you look in the Navy section, you will find canvas white leggings.  A cap of Rit brown dye and you've got an excellent set of leggings for your SAW uniforms.

The leggings I wore with the 1884 uniform at the GM were Coon Creek leggings, dyed in my washing machine with one capful of Rit Dark Brown dye.

Cool.  I'll try the dye on my CC leggings and darken them up.

Also, here is the link for the cotton flannel IW shirt:

May have to get one of those Cotton Flannel Shirts as it is mostly dry out here in AZ.  On rainy days, wool is the ticket.  Anybody get the wool shirt from Quartermaster Shop.  Last night they were $99 for a 42R, tonight it is 109.00.  If ya add shipping that will get the price up close to what I can get at WR from Coon Creek

No.  3 and 4 button blouses were provided by contractors to Military depots, and as you say, officers were expected to purchase their own.  We're not stitch counters in this outfit, all we ask is that you try your best, get as close as you can with the resources you have,  and enjoy yourself.
