 I chuck up a dowel in a drill & just touch my schofield brass with a good file, to take the rim down a bit.

Those stag grips look good. I was going to get fake ivory or stag for my ROAs, but when they arrived, they had a real red stain to the timber and the red Ruger badge and I thin they look pretty cool so I will leave them aloine for the moment. I might get a small SASS badge set into the wood and maybe an old Departmental tie tack badge. I am sorry, I am not in a position to take a photo yet. I will post as soon as I get a chance. They are sweet guns though.
