Nice shooting Rowdy!! I've got a pair of EMF .45, but there must be something wrong with the sights, my shots use alot more paint than yours. :D ;D Ya'll did notice the tightest group was with real BP. 8) I watched your Trooper side match too, looked like alota fun. :)

Rowdy, that thing is deadly! Great groups, I'm in the market for a 4 3/4 .357/.38, and that video just put the GW II at the top of my list. The Californian is what I was considering..............Buck 8)
I might be slow, but I'm mostly accurate.....

You wont regret it, the Great Western ll, is a quality made SAA, and the closes thing to a good running Colt second generation 1873 SAA, they're just great guns all around, as smooth as they are out of the box, after you clean and reoil them they're
even smoother, I use nothing but Gun Butter on mine, and they just get better with time.

What do you think about a GWII in a stainless steel and in 44 wcf . At present they offer it in 45lc and 38/357 I think .
The stainless would be great for the black powder shooters . And I would like it to carry hunting ,that way the rainy bad days wont be a problem .

Rowdy, I have two of the stainless steel Great Western ll's, in 45 long colt, I can't say enough about these guns, what ever caliber you choose, the SS is a great way to go, especially for the reasons you talked about, easy to clean, you don't have to worry as much when in damp or rainy weather, stainless will rust, but not near as fast as a blued gun will, I always wipe my guns down whether SS or blued, I don't like taking chances, but for an all aroung gun the GW in Stainless is hard to beat. IMHO

Ten Wolves
Thank you for your input . I am thinking Hard on a stainless   for a carry gun the 45lc and in 4 3/4 will be a great combination .
But one in 44wcf would be SWEET  also .

I was looking at the stainless on the EMF web site and it s a real looker . The grips and the stainless are a good combo .
This gun is beautiful to say the least .

Rowdy,

Ask Curly Cole to post his pictures of his nickeled, they are flat georgious (sp) well they look very, very nice (I will also bet that you do not have to twist his arm very much).

As you wish, master Top! This is one of a pair of the custom nickel plated (They are plated here, I met the guy at a gunshow one time) anyway the finish is like glass. And these are fitted with real ivory grips. Make quite a statement.

That 10W is a real nice lookin gun. I like the subdued finish. my nickel plated guns would scare a blind man on a sunny day.  The gun in the above picture was from the Dings and Dents pile. You would be hard pressed to find the flaw in the finish but it is there.

And my first pair of GWs have some of the finest CCH you will ever see. They were some of the early Turnbull GW's put out.
And you can see by the pix that I loved them...I have 7 of the rascals.
