Howdy,

I am in need of reloading my .45LC for my 1860 Henry, 1858 remington, 3rd generation Colt SA and Rugger. Used to be able to get a 250 rd .452 dia (255 gr) bullet for $9.50 in Texas and since I moved up to IL recently, I can't find any reloading stuff here. Dose anyone  know a good cheap source for cast lead bullet (.452 dia) or a good mold that I can use to cast my own. Thank you in advance for your suggustion and information :)

Have a wonderful Father's day tomorrow!

Howdy 4X6,

Here is a link to Dick Dastardly's "Big Lube' site.  He has the molds and in his links you'll find Springfield Slim who casts the bullets!

There ya go! ;D

BTW, I have done business with both of these fine fellows and can recommend them heartily!

If you shoot true gunpowder those Bi-Lube molds will serve you well.

If your into fad-powder (smokeless), and want ready-made bullets, give this pard a try:

Another place for smokeless is http://www.missouribullet.com/.  Good prices, good customer service, and quick delivery.  The boolits shoot good, too!
