I'd definitely want someone trustworthy ta hold the ladder. :o The problem is the truck has a topper on it. :( And, I really don't want to take it off then put it right back on agin.   ::)

Mornin' Fellas,

Beautiful pink and purple sunrise here to enjoy with that Coffee.

Have a great day! Stay safe in your travels.

Mornin, pards.

Nice out. Upper end of the fifties. Got clouds but they ain’t leaked yet. Wish they would.

Lerner’s. Seemed we used to have several of their retail stores ‘round here. Had one downtown near where the indoor is now. One at Southern, near Tom. One at Pembroke near me. Wonder what happened to ‘em.

Slim, why don’t ya just strap the spikes on ‘n climb right up the pole. Save diggin’ a ladder out.

'Tis 10, sunny and blustery. High of 24. I think winter has arrived.  ::)

BTW, my bell's clapper fell off last night. I don't know if I have a ladder long enough to reach to but if back on.

Slim

if ya got a camper on there,  yer just gonna have to let the tailgate down and then close the topper winder,

Howdy, pards. Good coffee, Sleep, thanks.

I've been thru that airport twice. The first time was about 1994. Had a conference in San Fran. The second time was about 2002. Visited a branch office in Hayward.
It's really a zoo. That place gets worse every year. More traffic and a terminal that is suitable for a 1980 work load.

Stopped on the way back and picked up an ID Vault for passwords. Good idea these days with all the ID theft going on.

We just got back. The girls got off an hour late but should still have 45 min between flights in DC. Maybe life will get back to normal around here. Of course, it was nice having guests. It gave the dogs something to think about. Two more targets for treats. ;D

Don’t wanna be famous either, Slim.

Got some good news fer a change. The youngest has been it one school since last week. One the PE teachers there got herself hurt ‘n’ll be out the rest of the season. They have approval to keep Andi there for the remainder.

Ain’t happy the other gal got herself hurt. Am happy my kid ain’t gonna be runnin’ all over the city for awhile. Happy the phone ain’t gonna be ringin’ with automated ‘Sub-Finder’ calls at 0530 hrs.

Arcey, glad for Andi and you that she got on steady for a while.

been a pleasant day here today up in the 50's got the rings built in the second house and changed the feed tank boot, it's been leaking some feed out when it kicks on, got the old one took off and could see the reason, part of the lip around the edge that's hid from sight was rusted out and had a good sized slot.
gotta put our sheets of insulation in the sides of the houses tomorrow,  anything to save some of that heat from going out into space, should take a couple of hours per house.

had some pork roast, boiled potato's and some brown sugar glazed carrots.  sure was tasty.  ;D

Got in here late, pewter problems at home.  Stoney I hate to tell you but to get the peppermint stick you have to grind the whole bag fer the cook.  BTW if one wants Arbuckles but don't want to pay the price, find a local roaster that does a medium roast on a Brazilian Coffee, it's often a lot cheaper, course I carry it, at $12.98 a bag it's not bad, but shipping is almost $9.

BTW the ARIOSA on the bag stood for Abuckles Rio South America. ;)

Glad she got something steady, sorry she had to get it that way.  Looks good that Rita may get on permanant at the state after the first of the year.  The dept wants here real bad, but the polly-ticks gettin' that way are a bit of a problem, but it looks like it may work.

Boy, looks like it's gettin' deep in here ;D
Arcey, glad for Andi.  It can get old getting shifted from pillar to post. when i started  at the garage, I was a sub. always on different busses and learning the clients took more time than you were there.
got the front end of my truck aligned today. Finally done with it, except for the tires now. that may take some time as the least expensive in an aggressive tread is about $240 for the pair ::)
 it's 28 here now, and really windy..................Buck 8) :o
I might be slow, but I'm mostly accurate.....
