Shot my 34. All he had was his carry stuff for the 23. I had a hunnert loaded for Wednesday but neither of us could go. Got rid of those ‘fore they spoilt.

Wish ya could have seen the place, cuz. Looked like half time at a Scope concession stand on free beer night.

Jackie's doing a little happpy dance around the living room. finally got her Conceled Carry permit back from the State Police. took 112 days,  they say there's a ton of people sending in for em.

she's about ready to make her first trip armed  ;D

20 degrees here, bright moonlit night. Hill behind us is really bright, any deer going by will be easy to see.
got my pic took at the horsepistol today, hopefully clear. Did leaves this afternoon, was little more chilly out than I thought. Been hacking a little more this evening. Made open face turkey sandwhiches for supper, chased them with some apple pie..................Buck 8) ::) ;)
I might be slow, but I'm mostly accurate.....

Cold enough for me to throw on a gas log this morning.  I'll shut it off in an hour or two.  Just want to take the edge off.

Thanks for the coffee.

Mornin’, boys.

Had a l’il time ta play with the grand boy this mornin’ without his sister here. One at a time they’re a lot easier. They went visitin’ at his folks yestiddy evenin’ with all the aunts, uncles ‘n cousins. Wore Laney out ‘n she fell asleep there. Alex stayed with her ‘n Ali brought Noah back here. He fell asleep on the one mile ride.

I swear, that boy is gonna think his name is – “NOAH! NO!”

Woke me up just past six this mornin’. They’ve gone ta Wal Mart. Gonna get me quiet shower while the gettin’s good.

I'm up and at work, a bit of snow in the night, roads are durn slick, had to sneak around an accident out on the gravel road.  Advatage of livin' on the edge of town, gravel ain't near as slick or busy.  Somebody tried to drive a pick-up with a 35-40 camper sideways and ended up hoggin' the whole by-pass, my easy route is closed for a year to build a new overpass over the main BNSF.  Needed it though, the one they-re tearin' down was built in 1948.  All the years of train fumes a pigeon poop has rotted it out.
