Other than actually shooting in a match, what is the most effective means of praticing for a cowboy with limited amount of time Thanks for your response

Kill the TV time after time after time as your watching it - dry fire paractice. Otherwise known as multi tasking.

L.G., while fun, that's not very effective practice
. There are many different drills that target individual aspects or elements of shooting. If you want to practice effectively, you need to work on those elements that you are worst at, and make them real strengths. That's how you improve.
