Tuolumne Lawman

In my wife's family there is a story (or legend) that her maternal Grandmother   Anyway, her family was from Oklahoma and Arkansas (Cherokee, but never registered). Around the turn of the century her grandmother's uncle took off on horseback with a .32-20 Winchester 1873 to settle a  feud with a neighbor.  It ended up with the neighbor pushing up daisies, and the uncle taking off to avoid the law.  The .32-20 is a great caliber.
