Anyone deal with Cimarron Customer Service??
« on: January 12, 2014, 08:01:09 PM »
I bought a Cimarron Uberti 1873 sporing rifle deluxe about 2 months ago and just got out to shoot it today.  It seems the gun shoots about 14" to the right at 25 yards with the front and rear sight aligned to the center of the top flat on the barrel.  If I slide the rear sight as far as I can to the left and the front sight as far to the right I only pick up about 1/2 the distance needed to get it dead center.  I am going to call them tomorrow to find out how to proceed.  Oh yea, it is in 38-40 so I doubt Cimarron has any replacement barrels laying around.   :(

Hi

My brand new 1881 went to Cimarron Arms on January 17, 2014 and is due back in the "usual 30-40 days".   I put a reminder on my email to call at the end of the week after 40 days if I don't have it back yet.

Howdy Pard:

I have had excellent results from Cimarron customer service.  They have a smith there in town and he was concerned, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Give them a try and they should take care of you.

PS

I shoot there with every rifle!
