Ottawa Creek Bill

My wife pat and I had a good time at the NTR shoot this past weekend, met some new folks and got a chance to sit down and chat with Norm and Cindy Rollins (?), and Major Matt, good people all. Learned a lot about the Loess Soil that is the top soil in that area of Iowa. Spent a little money at the vendors, (non on me). Had some good looking shooters out there that looked like they just stepped out of an old west photo. Even shook hands with Wymore ;), took a few pictures I plan on posting here later on this week, real nice shooting facilities. Not a bad drive either, a little over 630 miles, nice day trip especially when you are used to driving all the way to Montana to Elk hunt.

I meant to get down and visit some more on Saturday night at the campfire, but some friends dropped by Miss Pam's trader tent and we just ended up visiting the night away... ;D
