It was hot up there, but I drank as much water and Gatorade as I could hold. I "wimped" out for a motel room with a shower instead of the tent. The food was great as usual and enjoyed seeing old friends ans well as new ones.

I sure enjoyed the muster.  nothing like spending a whole weekend outside.  I'm planning on next year already.  find me a period tent so I don 't have to be segregated.  I like the skirmish loayout but I think it's still good to have at least a couple of more traditional CAS type stages mixed in.  More props or cover.  More knife dummies.  More open range / "show and tell".
time.  Maybe a breastworks of sort to the left of the fort.  I've got other ideas but I tend to run on a bit. Great muster Jerry and Dale. THANK YOU again for all your hard work. and thank you Del and Rick for the great food and thanks to Dusty for the awards and thanks to the rest of you for the great company.

The beef and noodles was very good, and I liked the buffalo roast, too.  My favorite had to be the biscuits and gravy on Sunday morning.  Excellent!

Biscuits and gravy are always on the menu one of the days when I do breakfasts.  BTW they make some mighty fine sausage at the grocery store in Sargent.  But then most small towns do as well as some places here in Lincoln.  As often happens with local made stuff, it was so lean I had to add lard to the sausage to keep the gravy from being lumpy.
