Recommend a gunsmith?

Would you fellas have any 'smiths you'd recommend to bore out a cylinder from .44 to .45?

You didn't mention what cylinder.
Cuttin' out a Ruger cylinder?  Probably a safe project.   ;D
Not a '72 Open Top, is it?  :o  Them might be too thin to cut any bigger.
