Would you fellas have any 'smiths you'd recommend to bore out a cylinder from .44 to .45?

You didn't mention what cylinder.
Cuttin' out a Ruger cylinder? Probably a safe project.
Not a '72 Open Top, is it?
Them might be too thin to cut any bigger.
Or are you talking about a BP six-gun?
