I've bought a few things from them over the years.  They shipped fast and I had no problems with any of my orders.

Ordered a .45-60 caliber 1876 Chaparral rifle from them back in the early 1990 era.  It was mis-labelled as "Charles Daily-KBI-HBG, PA Made in Italy" on the right side of the barrel.  It looks great and for the price it is okay to fill a gap in my collection: BUT (a BIG BUT) the chamber is too short for the cartridge, the workmanship on the internals is not very good, and the trigger is so loose it frightens me.  MY favorite Camp Verde gunsmith refused to work on it because he told me he can't make it any better.

On the up side, it looks very nice, and has real color case hardening on the receiver, side plates, hammer, lever, nose cap, and butt plate.  I found this out after a well-known engraver spent a whole lot longer than usual on the receiver and reported that he had pretty much wrecked a couple of gravers on it. He had quoted me a price and stuck to that price, but he made a friend for life.

When I got it to shoot it is accurate and fun to shoot.

Heavy as a school bus and impressive, but I wish I had waited for a better quality gun.

So far, they have been extremely communicative ... 1st. confirmed the order , a second Email to inform me it has been
pulled, packaged & shipped, and 3rd with the tracking #....
Now if it fits & functions as it should ....I'll offer 2 thumbs up  :)

Have ordered rifle mags and had a friend get a 22 auto rifle through them. Good prices, fast shipping, good communication. No problem with anything.

Hey 4T,

That's actually sort of the correct label.  Chaparral was marketing guns thru Charles Daly KBI Harrisburg PA just before KBI went Tango Uniform.  Regardless of price, the Chaparral was a bad deal.  Ralph Nader said it best ... "Unsafe at Any Speed"

PS:  CDNN often picks up inventory from sources that have gone belly up and sells for cheap.

Dealt with them many times overr the years, always happy with them. If your mag is by Mec-Gar your Luger should love it, they run great in mine.
