Title: What Colour Sash do you Wear ?
Post by: Dakota Dan from OZ on March 26, 2006, 09:36:45 PM: There is a group of cowboys Downunder that wear a grey sash. The groups called "Grey Sash Cowboys" we are all over 60 and enjoy CAS, we can also be called on from time to time to clean up and restore law and order.

They are a great mob of blokes allways smiling.

In my buckskinns I wear a black sash with some deep-red trimming.
For when I porrtray line infantry of either the 7.th Texas A.Co aka The Waco Guards
or a Yankee of the 90% Norwegian regiment, the 15th. Wisconsin I wear no sash.
But I might wear my long red undergarment.! :D ;D :o

We may look at starting a Junior Grey Sash Cowboys for those who have not reach the prime age of 60. They would of course be restricted to what they can do,they would have to get us senior GSC's our coffee and cake, clean boots,clean our firearms after a shoot and of course maintain our Grey Sashes for us. :D :D :D :D :D

you going to Mildura again this year ?.

I have just been approved for 14 days Long Service and will be heading down the Monday before. Molly will need to fly down (there is no flight from Syd. Need to to Syd-Mel-Mildura and back again on Monday the reverse. She is trying to arrange that one now)

BH will be a case of me picking her up from BH airport on the Friday and getting her back there on Monday and then I drive home.

Pity we can't get frequent flier points. Would have enough racked up for anywhere by now :D
