The .380-200 (for Webley's, etc) or Western's old load for the 38 special with the 200 gr bullet at ~700 fps?

You've got me confused, are you asking about .38/200, the British .38S&W cartridge, .38 Special or the .38 Super Automatic?

The problem we're running into--and why I asked--is that there have been at least 3 loads sold as "38 Super Police".

The Brit .380 or 38 S&W, when loaded with 200 grain bullet at about 625 fps, was marketed as the "38 Super Police" load by at least two companies in the US.  This load is actually still in production and can sometimes be found as surplus from India.  This was the issue load for the Commonwealth troops.

The second "38 Super Police" load was a 38 S&W Special loaded by Western with a 200 grain bullet at about 700 fps.  I've not seen this load for sale recently, but sometimes one of the smaller manufacturers or commercial reloaders will make a run of it.

The third "38 Super Police" load is a 398 38 Super loaded for the police (usually a 130 grain bullet at ~1250fps).  I've not seen this one sold as a "Police" load recently, but it is still marketed that way in some Latin American countries.  This one is nominally still in production, if you can find any.

Best bet for all of them is to take up handloading and bullet casting.  The market still hasn't loosened up, and until demand is met, the odd-ball loads like these aren't going to be a priority of manufacturers.

38 Spl (Spl = special). 38/200 was a British military term.
