Thanks to everyone that made this muster happen! Thanks also to all that attended. I had a marvelous time and was really glad to see old friends and meet new. Hope to see everyone again next year. Those that have never attended are missing out on a match like no other.

Wish I could have been there!..something about work and family life. :-\
Looking forward to the youtube videos.

Tell work and family you have more important things to do. ;D

As the sun is sinking on my last night in camp supper is done, we ate up leftovers. The Field Marshall is half loaded and I am taking the rest of the night off.
Have cleaned up and slipped into something more comfortable.

Takes a few days for everyone to recover, they'll be along directly . . .

Got all but the iron unloaded. Got to be to work by 3. Couple days of cleaning and sorting to do yet.
Just unloaded the perishables yesterday.
Got side tracked a few places on the way home. ;D
Wife was thrilled.

I've been showing video of the gattlin' to everyone at work today. It is as fun to watch as it is to shoot.

"Hawkeye Hefner" ;D That's the best alternate alias since "Crack....er,uh, Quickfire!
At first it went right over my head but when I got it, ROALMAO

You could tell he was genuinely surprised when his name was called. I suspect had he known he would have worn something else. Heck, ANYTHING else!

I told him yesterday that he is now "Hawkeye Hefner" whether he wants to be or not...…………...

Hi
I'd like to thank Johnson Barr and Oklahoma Tom for bringing me all of the break open Single Actions to check out. I ended up with a .45LC 7 inch barreled Schofield. The grip is a lot bigger and I can actually hit things with it. I'm working on loads and holsters. I'll see you guys down in Texas as soon as I can. I'm VERY busy at work this summer.
Thanks again
Mike

Come visit anytime Brother. Visit the www.BergerSharpshooters.com site for our calendar of events and a map to our range outside of Greenville, Texas. All 6 of the Texans attending the Muster are Berger's members. Primarily a National Congress of Old West Shootists (NCOWS) posse we also have quite a few 'also' GAF members and sometimes appear in uniform at a monthly match. The weekend before Muster I brought my 1895 Winchester carbine and 1892 Colt service revolver to the monthly match as a warm-up. Oddly enough I won the GAF category, albeit the competition was a bit short.
