Agreed.  Best of all the available features.  Be nice if it was about 3" shorter though.

For combat shooting you can't beat the Lee-Enfields.  The ten round magazine, along with a bolt action about as slick as a Krag make a combination that's pretty hard to beat.

Observation:  How many gunwriters have I read bemoan the lack of front sight protection on old military rifles with open sights?  Maybe there was a reason?  Certainly the US only began using front sight protection with aperture sights.
