I seem to be accumulationg USFA's faster than anything else! I am up to six so far.
4" Nickel Sheriff's model, .45
4&3/4" Blue/CCH, .45 with additional .45 ACP cylinder
4&3/4" Nickel & Ivory, .45
7&1/2" Nickel & Walnut, .45
16" Special with shoulder stock, .45
7&1/2" 1851 Richards Mason conversion, .38
My favorites are the 4&3/4 nickel & ivory becaue of a personalized serial number and the 7&1/2 nickel because it is a tack driver that consistantly gives me 2" groups, POI, at 25 yards (from a bench rest).
Got my nickeled Pre-War, and my blue/cch SAA, both 4 3/4". Giving serious thought to getting a 5 1/2" .45 Rodeo and "antiqueing" it. Iffens I do, I plan to buy it through the Marshal.

I have 6. ;D ;D ;D all Rodeos
45 Colt
4 3/4, 5 1/2 and 7 1/2 inch barrels (2 each) AND each pair are Consecutive numbered ;D ;D
According to the latest from USAF the 7 1/2 inch Rodeo is going to become "rare" They are not going to be made anymore
Beans,
Those 7&1/2" guns sound like keepers! I note on the USFA web site that they now only list the 4&3/4 and the 5&1/2 barrels for the Rodeo.

7 1/2" Custer in Patina
I guess you might say I'm hooked. And now that Stag Grips are available, I don't know what to do with myself. I just love these USFA firearms.
I have two Rodeo's. A consecutive numbered pair with action jobs and race cylinders.
They will be going to Jim Downing for engraving... ;D

With two Rodeos you ought to be a member of USFACSS. Let me know if you want me to add you to the list.

1 Rodeo 45lc 4-3/4" bbl w/aged "ivory" plastic grips
2 SAA 44-40 7-1/2" bbls bp frames - on order. Can't wait for them to arrive!
2 Rodeos 45 colt with CH hammers.
Happy shooting ;D
I'm up to 2 unmatched Rodeos. One is a Heritage from Legendary Guns. It has the aged Truivory grips and a case-hardened hammer. The other is a basic Rodeo with a white trigger. I'm going to get tru-ivories on it. I wish I had a matched pair, but I never seem to have all the $$ at one time.
I also have a Gunslinger. I know there's some controversy about the age treatment. It costs more than the Rodeos in part because it takes several treatments to build up layers of plum patina. And I don't know if it's just the luck of the draw (pun intended) or by design, but the action, hammer and trigger pulls, are a lot better than my Rodeos (which are still awesome).
Ahh, too many USFA's and not enough time....
I just got my first the other day with slightly aged ivory (5 1/2). Looks wise, I'd put it up against my two Colts any day.

Welcome to the forum. Hope we see more of you here.
Which model USFA did you get?
CJF
The traditional one with case hardened frame and deep blue everywhere else. With the "ivory" grips is sure is pretty, I must admit it will look a little strange next to my 2nd Dragoon. Kinda like a Porsche next to an old Mack truck :) Now all I have to do is get to the range to try it out along with my Spencer.
