I tried buying Ebay belts, even went so far as buying a Frontier Gun Leather "Wyatt Earp" complete gun rig. Of course the Frontier belt is a professional complete rig that is just out of this world good for the finest BBQ events.
Well that being said... I couldn't resist the urge to make a 2 1/2" wide gunbelt on my own. So I cut out, glued together and stamped the borders in it and sewn the cartridge loops in. Then carried it to a saddle tack shop friend who has a electric sewer. Once completed I used my airbrush to spray it with brown dye, then added black dye to antique the belt. I still need to add conchos and complete the belt. I have a lot to learn, but just give me some time.
Here's the pics.

Nice!
-
That is a beautiful Belt that you can be very proud to wear!
-
Really nice work sir. I only wish I had a friend to do the sewing for me, I do all mine by hand... and that is a long process on a belt!
-
Nice work. Looks good with the color on it. 8)
