HB or not, I call bs, that bullet would have flattened on the nose.
Does a bullet expend all forward momentum and still maintain spin? I doubt it myself.
It is now up to someone who winters up north where it's cold to try and replicate the results and report back here...
All I've ever had happen is either the bullet goes through the ice or ends up mashed at the bottom of a crater, but I have neith a 8mm or a hollow base bullet for it. LOL
I suspect a hollowed out bullet, a dremel to spin it, and some clever photography.
