Title: Haven't seen this addressed before
Post by: Forty Rod on November 07, 2005, 08:37:12 PM
I have about a quart of drippings from a huge roast.  Used some to make  gravy...a LOT of gravy...and wondered if the rest of the drippings could be frozen and used later.

Any advice?

Thanks.

Yep, I've done it, too. Just be sure to label it, so six months down the road you don't make faces when you pull it out of the freezer!

:D

AnnieLee, not that she has ever done anything like that...
