Title: First match… what a blast!

Last weekend, my wife and I shot our first match at THSS in Columbus, Texas.  We had been up there to watch a few times before and ask questions, but this was our first time actually in a monthly shoot.  Everyone was really friendly, and after getting over a little nervousness on the first stage, I ended up having at least three completely clean stages by the end of the day, and my wife, who had never even touched a gun until she met me, had several clean rifle stages.  Can't wait to do it again!

Congratulations on a really good time.  Hard to not have fun at cowboy match.

Glad you had such a successful and fun introduction! It is a great community of shooters!
