Found this hat at a thrift shop,fit me perfect,it has one or two little flea bites,you know any way to hide or repair a flea bite? It's a Stetson too :) :) :)

For each hole you'll need 1 bolt, 1 nut, 2 washers. Keep 'em tightened up and they'll last forever.

Yea he sells them,ya have to dig around on the site a little bit,if i remember right they are 75.00 to start.He makes the brim trimmers also,it's curved to go around the crown with a razor at the end that is ajustable for width..I'd like to have a set myself..
I flattened this crown down by just pushing it over an empty Folgers plastic can,pushed down to the inside where i wanted,take it off and steam it,still got a little tweakin to do.After i took it off the can just shove it down on your head to pop up the center it, work it a bit to smooth and round it off.. ;D
