Hello!
I believe mine came from C & D Jarnagin (sp?).  They're very nice!

I got mine from Dixie Gun Works about 30 years ago and the cuffs were stiff but not artificialily stiffened.

My gauntlets are lined at the cuffs, which makes them fairly stiff.  The lining is made of the same leather that the rest of the gauntlets are made of.  Hope that helps.

SGT John Chapman,

Where did you get the cut for shoulder stock 3rd Model Dragoon with 3 position rear sight and the stock?  You do know they were issued in pairs.  Do you have its twin?  I always thought their issue was a interesting idea and wonder how well they worked out.

Sir, It's an ASM, I only have the one, maybe one day I will find a second. I have worked it over to where it operates as good as an Original.
I have yet to even fire it as I have had so much going on.
I can't feature they worked out too well as they didn't stay long.

Really?

I bought a Fall Creek tent on e-bay and called to ask questions. They were very cordial and even mailed one of their instruction sheets for making the poles for the tent.

Likewise, I ordered a bunch of leather items from them some of which were backordered ,....they kept on top of the situation and let me know when the items had shipped.

I must agree with liten about Fall Creek. Last year I like to place an order by them for several Confederate items, but got never an answer. I mailed Blockade Runner and in no time everything was ordered and shipped. For me Blockade Runner is the best.

If you are looking for the Hollywood style cavalry gauntlets, then Blockade Runner is your source.  Ask for the enlisted version.  The Civil War officer ones do not flare out.
