Kansas GAF Shoot
« on: April 03, 2011, 06:22:11 PM »
Only 7 more days (April 9 & 10, 2011) until the Kansas Vigilance Committee (NCOWS) and GAF will be hosting a regional GAF shoot at Duck Creek in Reading, Kansas (N38* 33.643 / W096*30.112).

If you are planning to attend but not sent in your registration yet IM or call me (cell phone 904-994-7007). I need to get an accurate count for the meal on Saturday night. Registration forms are available on the dispatches page of the Grand Army's Web site   http://www.grandarmyofthefrontier.org  and the NCOWS web page   http://www.ncows.org .

I tried to post a map to the location of the GAF / NCOWS shoot, however it kept telling me the the file was too large.
I just e-mailed you the map.

Unfortunately I'll have to pass on the Kansas shoot.....Too many "irons in the fire" to find time for "firing my shootin irons" Hope I can get some of this busy-ness cleared up by July, hoping to make it to Pitspitr's shoot then.

Got it.  Thank you very much.  Forgot to ask: can a car make it to where the tents are to be pitched?

I wish everyone a fun, safe and excellent Muster next weekend.

I would enjoy being there with you but, even though officially retired, I've still got a fairly full schedule as I transition to my post-retirement new part-time career.  I am, however, looking forward to the Grand Muster in November.
